Creating Memories ...

Our popular community Club is open all holidays and offers a welcoming environment that is packed with indoor and outdoor activities. We group children close in age to ensure they get the best experience! Our environment is spacious and secure! staff are qualified, experienced and full of enthusiasm!

Activities We Offer ...

We offer everything at our Holiday Club - Sports, arts and crafts. toys, construction, board games, quizzes, challenges, cooking, music, dance, inflatables and a playground full of apparatus!!! Children get HUGE indoor and outdoor choice in a fun and friendly rollercoaster play environment!!!

Overview

Registering and booking

To book school holiday childcare you must register an account. This includes uploading child and parent/guardian details. Once registered you can login and book childcare from the available dates throughout the year.

Prices

Book early (+21 days) = £42.75

Book standard (-21 days) = £45.75

Discount

We offer a £1 per day discount if you work for NHS or University of Oxford. Discount code is in your account.

Payment options

We are Ofsted registered. We accept payment via BACS, Childcare Vouchers and Tax Free Childcare.

What Tax Free Childcare Is ...

Tax-Free Childcare can help with paying for childcare. You’ll need to set up a childcare account, which both you and the government will pay into. You can then use this money to pay your KIDACTIVE childcare. For every £8 you pay into the account, the government top it up by £2.

Ages we accept

Years reception to 6 (in school)

Children must already be in school. If your child starts school in September they qualify to join us in the autumn/26.

Times

Open 8:15 am

Close 6:00 pm

You can drop and collect at any time during these hours.

Food

Children must bring sufficient snacks and packed lunch. We do not provide food. We encourage healthy choices and foods that can be easily consumed.

Breaks

10:15 - 10:30am

12:30 - 1:30pm

4:30 - 4:45pm

AVOID

We ask that you avoid sending foods with nuts as we have allergies.

Daily structure

8:15-9:15am

Children arrive and place their belongings in our club house. Weather dependent they spend the first session outdoors. This is a mixed session and a great way to actively start the day and help children settle.

9:15am - 4:45pm

Children are grouped into their squads for their structured activities. We operate over multiple indoor and outdoor areas.

Groups move around the site hourly with each zone offering activities i.e. arts and crafts, toys, board games, sports, inflatables and outdoor play!

4:45-6:00pm

This is a mixed session.

"Staff make children extremely welcome. Staff have high expectations for children's behaviour, which they communicate well. Children explain that they really like coming to the club. Children develop a positive attitude to following a healthy lifestyle. Staff consider well the needs of younger children when organising their day. Grouping Children

Each group is assigned a group lead who spends the days with them. We group children close in age so that they can socialise and participate in activities at a similar level to maximise their experience!

Chickens

Children can take part in looking after our site chickens. Daily responsibilities include letting them out of their coop, giving food and water, collecting eggs and putting them back at night time.

Sessions are supervised with staff.

Our playground offers lots of activity choices for children.

Our busy timetable offers both high and low energy days.

Children have access to lots of sports and active play.

Our creative area is busy with lots of fun crafts to take home.

We have a wide range of age suited board games and toys.

Children love to build with our outdoor range of construction.

Children join in team

Snacks and Lunch

Children eat in our designated outdoor food area. If its wet/cold we can eat in our spacious indoors. We encourage healthy choices and foods that can be easily consumed. Food periods are supervised.

Our Staff

A big part of our club is our fab staff team. We're experienced and enthusiastic and create a welcoming fun environment for every child!!! Whether you use us in Spring, Summer, Autumn or Winter you'll see familiar staff faces :)

Wacky Races

Our very own sports days with a mix of traditional games e.g. sack race and egg and spoon ... plus some extra crazy dress up and water games. Its a team event and children can choose to participate or watch from sidelines!!!

Water Fun (seasonal)

Whether it's water play, hosing kids, sprinklers or our super fun water slide - If it's hot they'll be plenty of chances to get cool with a fun optional splash!!!
