HOLIDAY CLUB
This page provides you with relevant information about our Holiday Club.
It is important that you share with us relevant information about your child whilst in our care.
Information can be uploaded to your account, however also contact us in advance of childcare so that a call can be arranged to discuss further, if deemed necessary.
If your child is on a prescription medication or may require us to administer in care e.g. allergy make us aware in advance of childcare.
If your child has a care plan hand it to the site manager along with medication on arrival.
We can not administer non prescription medications e.g. Calpol.
If your child is unwell they can not attend our club. Refer to link to determine if there is a sickness exclusion period.
We do not have onsite parking. Please park in the community. You can park in Wharton Rd, St Leonards Rd in designated bays.
Red arrow is our entrance.

Entrance and times
Do not enter via the front of the school on London Rd. Enter via alleyway between houses 50-52 on St Leonards Rd, Headington, Oxford
You can drop and collect at any time. The gate will be open and supervised first and last hour of the day. During the day it remains locked so ring the bells (wall and ground) to draw staff attention.
If the person collecting is unknown to our staff make us aware in advance.

We ask that adults dropping and collecting refrain from entering our site past the drop off zone as it means we can keep the site for children to freely move around.
If your child may struggle settling please raise this with gate staff and our team will support.
We do not provide food.
Children need sufficient healthy snacks and a packed lunch as they will be active. We can not reheat and please avoid nuts (allergies).
Children eat in their groups under staff supervision.
Children need clothing that is comfortable. It is advisable to pack spare upper and lower items in case they need to change during the day e.g. water play and/or toilet incident.
Footwear needs to be secure.
Avoid loose jewellery.
Label everything!
We group children in close school years. Our groups are called 'squads' and each squad has a coloured wrist band so children are aware who they are with throughout the day.

We operate over multiple spacious indoor areas with each area offering a range of different activities that include arts and crafts, toys, board games, story books and bouncy castle.
Our outdoor areas offer astro pitch, grass, hard court, climbing apparatus and slide allowing children to actively engage in sports and free play.
Children can leave their bike or scooter safely in our onsite area. They do not need to lock them. They can not use them onsite during the day.
Children are not allowed to bring a mobile phone or electronics.
We are friendly with a wealth of childcare experience both in early years, primary schools and out of school clubs.
We focus on making every child feel part of our clubs so that they feel safe and happy in their environment.
Please ensure that your child has suitable indoor and outdoor attire for the season they are attending.
If your child will not be attending a booked session please let us know so we can mark them absent.
We do not apply sunscreen to children therefore we advise that you do this prior to arrival, as you would with school. If you are sending them with extra please send a roll-on rather than squeezy bottle (messy).
Gate is open and supervised.
Children arrive and place their belongings in our club house.
Weather dependent they spend the first session outdoors free playing.
This is a mixed session and a great way to actively start the day and help children settle with ease.

Children are grouped into their squads for their structured activities.
