Booking and payment
To book school holiday childcare you must register an account. This includes uploading child and parent/guardian details. Once registered you can login and book childcare from the available dates throughout the year.
Payment is due within 24 hours of a booking. We are Ofsted registered. We accept cash, BACS, Tax Free childcare and Childcare Vouchers. Details are listed in your account.

Grouping children
We believe it important to group children close in age so that they can socialise and participate in activities at a similar level. Children are assigned wristbands so that they can identify their group mates. We group;
Reception and Year 1
Years 2 and 3
Years 4 - 6
Daily structure
8:15am - 9:15am
Gate is open and supervised. Children arrive and place their belongings in our club house. Weather dependent they spend the first session outdoors free playing. This is a mixed session and a great way to actively start the day and help children settle with ease.
9:15am - 5:00pm
Children are grouped into their squads for their structured activities. We operate over multiple indoor zones and two outdoor playgrounds. Groups move around the site hourly with each zone offering activities i.e. arts and crafts, toys and board games and in/out active play.
5:00pm-6:15pm
Gate is open and supervised. This is a mixed session, generally outdoors.
Food
Break: 10:15am
Lunch: 12:30pm
Break: 3:30pm
Children eat calmly in squads supervised by staff. We ask that you avoid sending foods with nuts.
