KIDACTIVE is exploring running a holiday group for children starting school in September. Due to children not being school-routine'd the terms of how we operate will be different to our normal holiday club booking procedure.
Details
Days and times
Our Preschool group would only be available to block book 3 days.
Tuesday to Thursday
9am to 3pm (or to 5pm)
This allows for group continuity for preschool attending children.
Price per week
Tuesday to Thursday
9am-3pm = £108
9am-5pm = £144
We will not operate on Monday and Fridays for Preschoolers.

* We do not accept funding.
Food and drink
Children need to bring sufficient healthy snacks and a packed lunch. Children eat in their groups under staff supervision.
Activities
Our Preschool group will participate in all normal club activities that include:
- Arts and crafts
- Toys
- Games
- Bouncy castle
- Climbing aparatus
- Outdoor play
Staff
Our Preschool group would be managed by an Qualified and experienced Early Years staff and support staff.

Child suitability
It is important that you share with us an additional information about your child before you make a booking so that we can determine if our club is suitable for your child this summer.
Terms (Preschool group)
This only applies if we operate an a booking is made by you and confirmed.
Cancellation
If you want to cancel a booking week we will credit your account for the amount paid on the condition that:
• You email us within 24 hours of your original booking date.
• Your child's club year group has not closed on your original booking week at the time of your request.
Outside of these terms (24 hour period) any original booking week remains as chosen by you and you only have option to change a booking week as detailed below:
Changing a booking week
We can change a booking week within the same holiday period providing:
• You give us 28 days email notice.
• We have availability, in your new requested booking week
• Your child's club year group has not closed on your original booking week at the time of your request. If it has closed then we can not move a booking.
Let us know by
As our Preschool group is different to our normal school age groups we need to make a decision by 22 May.
At that point we will review demand and confirm if we are considering running.
