Confirmed childcare is secured for your child for the the academic year, or until cancelled.

£16.75 per day

Invoices are sent each month and due in advance of childcare provided.

We accept payment by BACS; Childcare Vouchers, Tax Free Childcare and Cash.

We charge for contracted session absences inc. (this is not an exhausted list) • Sickness • Rearranged plans • School or club exclusions • Family or school trips etc.

We charge if Windmill Primary is closed for inset days (excluding September), teacher strikes, part or full closures due to health and safety etc.

We do not charge if KIDACTIVE is forced to close by order of our Government, Local Authority or Environmental Health. If this occurs your childcare account will be credited the amount of days we are closed that impact your childcare.

We do not offer day swaps if your child can not attend, for any reason, a contracted day.

The charged notice period to cancel contracted days is one month in writing.
