Confirmed childcare sessions are secure (contract) for the school academic year, or until cancelled by email. Refer to 1.5.

Towards the end of the academic year you are given option to retain your child's place for the next academic year.

New starters

If your child is new to our club and is confirmed to start in September you will be required to pay a £50 deposit at time of confirmation to secure the place. The deposit will be deducted from your September invoice.

September paid-deposit is non refundable if you cancel any days or all of your contract.

£16.75 per day

Itemised monthly invoices are uploaded to your registered account and due in full at the start of the month.

We accept payment by BACS; Childcare Vouchers, Tax Free Childcare and Cash.

We charge for contracted session absences inc. (this is not an exhausted list) • Sickness • Rearranged plans • School or club exclusions • Family or school trips etc.

We charge if Windmill Primary is closed for inset days (excluding September), teacher strikes, part or full closures due to health and safety etc.

We do not charge for public bank holidays (we are closed) and if KIDACTIVE is forced to close by order of our Government, Local Authority or Environmental Health. If this occurs your childcare account will be credited the amount of days we are closed that impact your childcare.

We do not offer day swaps if your child can not attend, for any reason, a contracted day. Based on availability, we can offer additional adhoc days outside contracted days.

The charged notice period to cancel contracted days is one month in writing.
